Food - Excellent. Plus Two Star. Service - Disappointing. Server who served me my french fries had a bit of an attitude and put down the dish rather quickly on the counter with a loud thud and left. I asked a bartender to give him my tip, who said he would ask first, the server came back with who I believe was a kitchen manager, they explained thar he wasn't upset or having a bad day, they were busy and I accepted that answer because I was only going to be there for a short time, so didn't wanna waste time defending myself. I've worked in kitchens and restaurants before so I know what I'm saying when I say if you don't put the good customers first while aiming for exceptional service, you won't be working there or in business very long. Something like putting down a plate gently and keeping a good attitude are basic manners. Jennifer at the bar was friendly and respectful. Minus One Star. Bartenders and host were cordial and professional, Plus One Star. EDIT: i wanna start again with a new start. plus one Star. Total- No Star. Ambiance - Great. Loved the music. Plus Two Star.

Those coal fired wings are the absolute BEST! Love them. The service is always on point too. Nicholas was our waiter tonight and last week was Sal. Both were awesome. Absolutely love this place

I came here on a weekday afternoon, so it is not so crowded at that time. We were seated immediately and our server came promptly to greet us. Service was great and we had a good experienced. They had an interesting menu with a lot of Asian and bar food fusions, I remember seeing Kung Pao Chicken Dumplings and Bulgogi tacos on the menu (but we didn't order that). We ended up ordering Tavern taquitos, a flat bread, and burger. We thought that everything tasted pretty good actually. No complaints about the taste and flavor of the food, but sort of wished the portion sizes were a tad bit bigger. But service and food were good. I am interested in coming back here and trying some of their fusion items, pretty curious about them! Oh they also have a rewards system, I forgot what the perks are but I think you get something for your birthday

While wandering through Staten Island Mall, we got hungry and came to Tommy's for a sit down meal. They have daily specials and on a Monday, all cocktails were half off --sweet deal! I got the Peach Whiskey Smash while he got the Classic Old Fashioned for $6 each. I will say it's a bit watered down, but it's still not bad during their Monday deal after 4pm. For food, we got the Sushi Sandwich ($17), Medium Della Valle ($20), and Coal Oven Wings ($16). I was surprised to find this American sports bar with sushi on their menu, but it's surprisingly pretty good! The sushi was flavorful and fresh. The pizza was solid too although some of the meat seemed a bit fake, but still good. The only thing we didn't care for was the wings as they were burnt onto the serving platter. A bit disappointed since the waitress highly recommended this dish. Either way, still a solid restaurant with lots of options for everyone.

Food is amazing. I had calamari and fire cracker shrimp. It was cooked perfectly. The service is very good. The wait not too long. The place is very clean. Recommend them!

I recently met my girlfriend here after work on a Wednesday. It was great as it wasn't crowded. We sat at the bar and started our night off having some drinks first. They have a great selection of beers on draft here. Lots of craft beers as well. I tried a few different IPA ones, as that's my favorite, and they were all great. After a few drinks, we ordered some food. The menu had so many options to choose from. We ordered a pizza and a burger and split both. The burger was awesome. I went with the bacon bbq one, and it was delicious. It was very juicy and flavorful. It came with fries on the side, which were nice and crispy. The pizza was just as good, too. We went with a meat lovers one, and it was a great choice. The staff behind the bar were great, too. Always checking in to see if we needed a drink or anything else. Overall, this is a great spot to hang out in.

Pretty much my go to restaurant in Staten Island when taking my in-laws out. When there's a big game, it tends to be crowded, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but just plan the time you want to eat around it if you're not into the game. Tommy's offers various choices but my go to are: Fried Calamari Sticky Asian Ribs Wings Bulgogi Tacos Chrispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich

Alexa was very friendly, witty and social, providing us with a fun and enjoyable experience! The food was good and flavorful, with a unique twist to its original format (I.e., fried onion strips on top of the French onion soup - which was delicious!). The prices were reasonable as well and the selection is incredibly varied, so will definitely come back to try some of their many other selections! The ambiance is pretty comfortable with a sports bar vibe and definitely felt welcoming. Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:
